Each product will be delivered in appropriate jewelry packaging, where the product is kept safe and offers additional protection.

 

  1. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to pay its value.

The prices presented include 21% VAT, but not delivery costs, unless expressly stated otherwise in the online store.

Delivery costs, unless expressly stated otherwise in the online store, are 25 lei, VAT included.

Payment can be made using the methods available on the site when placing the order.

 

  1. Delivery, Return and Order Cancellation

Product delivery is made anywhere in Romania, with the help of our partners from the Sameday courier service, within 48-72 hours (working days) from the moment the order is confirmed by Arah personnel. Exceptions are cases of force majeure (calamities, natural disasters, impassable roads, accidents, etc.).

Arah.ro reserves the right to confirm orders before fulfilling them by contacting customers.

Any order placed by 13:00 will be shipped on the same day, with delivery taking place within 48-72 hours (working days) from the time the package enters the possession of the courier company.

Shipping is free for orders over 400 lei.

Delivery costs are specified during the ordering process.

Product returns can be made without penalties and without invoking a specific reason within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products, according to Ordinance 130/2000 supplemented by Law 51/2003 regarding the legal regime of distance contracts, by written notification to contact@arah.ro, specifying your first and last name, order number, and IBAN account number where you want the money to be returned. Optionally, please specify the reason for the return, your feedback is very important for us to constantly improve our services.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and without any signs of damage or wear. The transport cost will be borne by the buyer.
In case the exchanged/returned products show scratches, visible signs of wear/tear, we reserve the right to refuse the request and will reship the products at the customer's expense.
From the moment the return is processed and the jewelry is checked, the money will be returned to the account specified in the written notification, within a maximum of 14 working days. The refunded amount does not include shipping costs.
Arah.ro reserves the right to refuse returns shipped or communicated after the return period limit or items that are not in the same condition as they were received.
Repeated cancellation of orders by the same customer and refusal or non-collection of an order are considered abuses, and Arah.ro reserves the right to refuse customers with a negative history.

Handmade jewelry, those explicitly stated as such, personalized or engraved, cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they have manufacturing or material defects.

For products that allow adjustment, size modification is possible, especially for rings. These modifications can only be made if the product has not been worn and is in new condition.
Size modifications are possible for a period of 14 days from receiving the product. After this period, modifications will no longer be accepted.

For products from handmade collections that are not available in stock, the production time is up to 14 calendar days. Products will be shipped as soon as they are completed and available for sale.

Cancellation of an order can be made within 8 hours of placing it, without needing to provide a justification.
Order cancellation can be done in writing to contact@arah.ro.
To ensure quick processing of the cancellation, it is recommended to provide the order number and relevant additional details.
If the order has not yet been shipped, the customer can cancel the order without additional costs.
Upon confirmation of cancellation, any payment made will be fully refunded.
If the order has already been shipped, the customer can request cancellation, but will need to bear the return shipping costs.
After receiving and checking the returned products, any amount paid for the products will be refunded, excluding initial delivery costs.
Personalized or custom products cannot be canceled or returned after order confirmation.
The customer will receive an order cancellation confirmation by email, and any refund will be processed within 14 working days.
The company reserves the right to refuse order cancellations in certain circumstances, such as orders for personalized products or orders already shipped.

 

  1. Promotions and Contests

Arah.ro establishes the rules for promotions and contests it organizes. These rules are brought to the attention of potential participants through its own online store or through messages using electronic mail.

Only orders that strictly comply with the rules displayed on the site benefit from promotions. Promotions apply only to orders registered by the company during the period when the promotion is valid and only within the available stock limit. Arah.ro does not guarantee the availability of products in stock for promotion and can interrupt or cancel it at any time without any prior notice.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed void or unenforceable, the other provisions remain in force.
Any waiver of our rights will not be considered a waiver of other rights or provisions.
By placing an order, the customer confirms having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

 

Warranty - Arah.ro

Warranty conditions and usage recommendations

At Arah.ro, we are dedicated to offering you the highest quality products and ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Our company is authorized to conduct operations with precious metals and precious stones based on ANPC Authorization no. 0012104.
The jewelry sold is checked and marked in accordance with current legislation, under the guidance and control of the National Consumer Protection Authority - Precious Metals Directorate.
To benefit from the warranty, please keep the original documentation and contact our customer support team.
The jewelry sold is accompanied by a Warranty Certificate, based on which you benefit from a 24-month warranty period for any lack of conformity existing at the date of sale.
Based on this certificate, you also benefit from a 30 calendar day warranty period from the date of purchase, for defects or manufacturing flaws discovered later and demonstrable by expertise, or the possibility to exchange the product only once within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, only by presenting the invoice and only if the product has not been worn and shows no signs of wear due to improper handling. Consumer rights are in accordance with Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021.
Any repair of products under warranty will be carried out free of charge or replaced under the conditions of Government Ordinance no. 21/1992 revised, if it is confirmed that a material or workmanship defect was the cause of such damage, rather than improper use of the jewelry by the buyer.
The repair will be carried out within 15 days from the date the deficiency is identified.
In case of replacement, we do not guarantee that the same model will be delivered. If the same model is not available, a similar model of equivalent value will be delivered.
If, following the expertise, it is found that the customer's product for which warranty repair was requested is not due to any manufacturing defect and the customer does not wish to have the product repaired at their expense, the round-trip transport cost will be borne by them and will be paid cash on delivery upon receipt of the package.
 During the warranty period, as well as outside of it, Arah.ro does not assume responsibility for problems that may arise due to mechanical factors, contact with hard surfaces, non-observance of usage instructions, nor for repairs performed elsewhere than where the item was purchased.
 The warranty does not apply to damage caused by mechanical factors, negligence, or improper use. Also, mechanical and thermal actions, non-observance of handling instructions and improper storage exclude jewelry from warranty.
According to the law, buyers cannot request the replacement of jewelry due to scratches, chips, or falling stones, as these are not covered by the warranty, according to the law, stones are considered consumable products and do not have a warranty. Exception applies in cases where there are manufacturing defects and these are communicated within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

The gold from which our jewelry is made can be yellow, white, or rose. Gold is obtained by alloying the precious metal with a mix of metals that give it its specific shade. To intensify the shine of white gold jewelry, it is covered with a layer of rhodium.
The rhodium layer can wear off in 6-12 months, and the jewelry may lose its shine. Cleaning the layer is not covered by the Warranty Certificate granted according to the current legislation OUG no.140/28.12.2021.

For handmade jewelry, we use 925 sterling silver, also known as sterling silver, a high-quality material containing 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals (usually copper), which gives the jewelry greater durability. 925 sterling silver is appreciated for its elegant luster and for being ideal for making handmade jewelry, offering a perfect combination of delicacy and strength.
925 sterling silver is the quality standard in the jewelry industry, recognized for its purity and strength. Although 925 sterling silver is very durable, it can develop a patina over time. It is recommended to store jewelry in a dry place and clean it periodically with a special cloth for silver to maintain its luster and impeccable appearance.


Recommendations for jewelry maintenance include careful wearing of jewelry, storing it in dedicated boxes, avoiding contact with hard or chemical substances, and removing it during activities that could damage the setting or alter its appearance (sports activities, household chores, showering, etc.). Stone-set jewelry should be removed during sleep to prevent snagging or deformation. Their setting is not resistant to mechanical shocks, and contact with chemical substances and exposure to cleaning agents should be avoided to maintain their shine.
Precious metal can lose its shine over time if it frequently comes into contact with agents such as perfume, salt water, skin creams, hairspray, chlorine, or sulfur. Cleaning agents can alter the color and shine of jewelry.
After each wear, it is advisable to wipe the jewelry with a soft cloth.
The level of dullness that appears depends on the wearer's skin and their skin care routine.
