Each product will be delivered in jewelry-grade packaging, where the product is kept safe and provides additional protection.

  1. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you commit to paying its value.

The prices shown include 21% VAT, but not delivery costs, unless expressly specified otherwise on the online store.

Delivery costs, unless expressly specified otherwise on the online store, are 25 lei, VAT included.

Payment can be made using the methods available on the site at the time of placing the order.

  1. Delivery, returns and order cancellation

Products are delivered anywhere in Romania, with the help of our partners at the Sameday courier service, within 48-72 hours (working days) from the moment the order is confirmed by Arah staff. Exceptions are cases of force majeure (calamities, natural disasters, impassable roads, accidents, etc.).

Arah.ro reserves the right to confirm orders before honoring them by contacting customers.

Any order placed by 1:00 PM will be shipped the same day, with delivery occurring within 48-72 hours (working days) from the time the package enters the courier company's possession.

Shipping is free for orders over 200 lei.

Delivery costs are specified during the ordering process.

The return of products can be made without penalties and without invoking a specific reason within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products, according to Ord. 130/2000 supplemented by Law 51/2003 on the legal regime of distance contracts, by a written notification to the address contact@arah.ro , specifying the name and surname, the order number and the IBAN account number to which you want the money returned. Optionally, please specify the reason for the return, your feedback is very important to constantly improve our services.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and without any signs of damage or wear. The shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
If the exchanged/returned products show scratches, visible signs of wear/wear, we reserve the right to refuse the request and we will reship the products, at the customer's expense.
Once the return has been processed and the jewelry has been inspected, the money will be refunded to the account specified in the written notification, within a maximum of 14 business days. The refunded amount does not include shipping costs.
Arah.ro reserves the right to refuse returns shipped or communicated after the return period limit or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
Repeated cancellation of orders by the same customer and refusal or failure to pick up an order are considered abuse, and Arah.ro reserves the right to refuse customers with a negative history.

Handmade jewelry, those that are specifically made, personalized, or engraved cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have manufacturing or material defects.

For products that allow adjustment, it is possible to change the size, especially for rings. These changes can only be made if the product has not been worn and is in new condition.
Measurement changes are possible for a period of 14 days from receipt of the product. After this period, changes will no longer be accepted.

For products from handmade collections that are not available in stock, the production time is up to 14 calendar days. The products will be shipped as soon as they are completed and available for sale.

Cancellation of an order can be made within 8 hours of placing it, without having to provide a justification.
Cancellation of the order can be done in writing at contact@arah.ro.
To ensure prompt processing of the cancellation, it is recommended that you provide your order number and additional relevant details.
If the order has not yet been shipped, the customer can cancel the order at no additional cost.
Once the cancellation is confirmed, any payment made will be refunded in full.
If the order has already been shipped, the customer may request cancellation, but must bear the return shipping costs.
After receiving and checking the returned products, any amount paid for the products will be refunded, excluding the original delivery costs.
Personalized or customized products cannot be canceled or returned after order confirmation.
The customer will receive a confirmation of the order cancellation by email, and any refund will be processed within 14 business days.
The Company reserves the right to refuse to cancel orders in certain circumstances, such as orders for customized products or orders that have already been shipped.

  1. Promotions and contests

Arah.ro establishes the regulations for the promotions and contests it organizes. These regulations are brought to the attention of potential participants through its own online store or by e-mail messages.

Only those orders that strictly comply with the rules displayed on the site benefit from promotions. Promotions apply only to orders that are registered by the company during the period in which the promotion is valid and only within the limit of available stock. Arah.ro does not guarantee the availability of products in stock for the promotion and may interrupt or cancel it at any time without prior notice.

This agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in Romania. Any disputes will be resolved amicably, and if this is not possible, the disputes will be brought before the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the municipality of Pitesti.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions shall remain in effect.
Any waiver of our rights will not be considered a waiver of any other rights or provisions.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Warranty - Arah.ro

Warranty conditions and usage recommendations

At Arah.ro we are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality products and ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our company is authorized to carry out operations with precious metals and gemstones under ANPC Authorization no. 0012104.
The jewelry sold is checked and marked in accordance with the legislation in force, under the guidance and control of the National Authority for Consumer Protection - Directorate for Precious Metals.
To benefit from the warranty, please keep the original documentation and contact our customer support team.
The jewelry sold is accompanied by a Warranty Certificate, based on which you benefit from a 24-month warranty period for any lack of conformity existing at the date of sale.
Based on this certificate, you also benefit from a warranty period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, for defects or manufacturing defects discovered later and demonstrable through expertise or the possibility of exchanging the product once within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, only by presenting the invoice and only if the product has not been worn and does not show signs of wear due to faulty handling. Consumer rights are in accordance with Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021.
Any repair to products within the warranty period will be carried out free of charge or will be replaced under the conditions of OG no. 21/1992 as revised, if it is confirmed that a defect in material or workmanship was the cause of such damage, rather than improper use of the jewelry by the buyer.
The remedy will be made within 15 days from the date of discovery of the deficiency.
In the event of a replacement, we do not guarantee that the same model will be delivered. If the same model is not available, a similar model of equivalent value will be delivered.
If, following the expertise, it is found that the product of the customer who requested the warranty repair is not due to any manufacturing defect and the customer does not want the product repaired for a fee, the round-trip shipping cost will be his responsibility and a refund will be paid upon receipt of the package.
During the warranty period, as well as outside it, Arah.ro does not assume responsibility for problems that may arise due to mechanical factors, contact with hard surfaces, failure to follow the instructions for use, nor for repairs performed in a place other than where the object was purchased.
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by mechanical factors, negligence or improper use. Also, mechanical and thermal actions, failure to follow handling instructions and improper storage exclude jewelry from the warranty.
According to the law, buyers cannot request replacement of jewelry due to scratches, chips or falling stones, these are not covered by the warranty, according to the law, stones are considered consumable products and have no warranty. The exception is in cases where there are manufacturing defects and these are communicated within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

The gold from which our jewelry is made can be yellow, white or pink. Gold is obtained by alloying the precious metal with a mix of metals that gives it its specific shade. To enhance the shine of white gold jewelry, it is coated with a layer of rhodium.
The rhodium layer can wear out in 6-12 months, and the jewelry may lose its shine. Cleaning the layer is not covered by the Warranty Certificate granted according to the legislation in force, GEO no. 140/28.12.2021.

For handmade jewelry, we use 925 silver, also known as sterling silver, a high-quality material containing 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals (usually copper), which gives the jewelry greater durability. 925 silver is appreciated for its elegant shine and for being ideal for making handmade jewelry, offering a perfect combination of fineness and strength.
925 silver is the standard of quality in the jewelry industry, recognized for its purity and strength. Although 925 silver is very durable, it can develop a patina over time. It is recommended to store your jewelry in a dry place and clean it periodically with a special silver cloth to maintain its shine and impeccable appearance.


Recommendations for jewelry maintenance include wearing jewelry with care, storing it in dedicated boxes, avoiding contact with hard or chemical substances, and removing it during activities that could damage the setting or deteriorate its appearance (sports activities, housework, showering, etc.). Jewelry with stones should be removed during sleep to prevent them from getting caught or deformed. Their setting does not withstand mechanical shocks, and contact with chemicals and exposure to cleaning agents should be avoided to maintain their shine.
Precious metal can lose its shine over time if it comes into frequent contact with agents such as perfume, salt water, skin creams, hairspray, chlorine or sulfur. Cleaning agents can alter the color and shine of jewelry.
After each wear, it is advisable to wipe the jewelry with a soft cloth.
The level of mattification that occurs depends on the wearer's skin and their skin care routine.
