Delivery, returns and order cancellation

Delivery The delivery of products is made anywhere in Romania, with the help of our partners from the Sameday courier service, within 48-72 hours (working days) from the moment the order is confirmed by Arah staff. Exceptions are cases of force majeure (calamities, natural disasters, impassable roads, accidents, etc.).
Arah.ro reserves the right to confirm orders before honoring them by contacting customers.
Any order placed by 1:00 PM will be shipped the same day, with delivery occurring within 48-72 hours (working days) from the time the package enters the courier company's possession.
Shipping is free for orders over 500 lei.

return The products can be returned without penalty and without invoking a specific reason within 14 calendar days from receipt of the products, according to Ord. 130/2000 supplemented by Law 51/2003 on the legal regime of distance contracts, by written notification to the address contact@arah.ro , specifying your first and last name, order number and IBAN account number where you would like your money returned. Optionally, please specify the reason for the return, your feedback is very important to constantly improve our services.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and without any signs of damage or wear. The shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
If the exchanged/returned products show scratches, visible signs of wear/wear, we reserve the right to refuse the request and we will reship the products, at the customer's expense.
Once the return has been processed and the product has been verified, the money will be refunded to the account specified in the written notification, within a maximum of 14 business days. The refunded amount does not include shipping costs.
Arah.ro reserves the right to refuse returns shipped or communicated after the return period limit or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
Repeated cancellation of orders by the same customer and refusal or failure to pick up an order are considered abuse, and Arah.ro reserves the right to refuse customers with a negative history.

Cancellation of an order can be made within 8 hours of placing it, without having to provide a justification.
Cancellation of the order can be done in writing at contact@arah.ro.
To ensure prompt processing of the cancellation, it is recommended that you provide your order number and additional relevant details.
If the order has not yet been shipped, the customer can cancel the order at no additional cost.
Once the cancellation is confirmed, any payment made will be refunded in full.
If the order has already been shipped, the customer may request cancellation, but will bear the return shipping costs.
After receiving and checking the returned products, the amount paid for the products will be refunded, excluding the original delivery costs.
Personalized or customized products cannot be canceled or returned after order confirmation.
The customer will receive a confirmation of the order cancellation via email, and any refund will be processed within 7 business days.
