Warranty Conditions and Usage Recommendations

At Arah.ro, we are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality products and ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our company is authorized to conduct operations with precious metals and precious stones based on ANPC Authorization no. 0012104.
The jewelry sold is inspected and marked in accordance with current legislation, under the guidance and control of the National Consumer Protection Authority - Department for Precious Metals.
To benefit from the warranty, please keep the original documentation and contact our customer support team.
The jewelry sold is accompanied by a Warranty Certificate, based on which you benefit from a 24-month warranty period for any lack of conformity existing on the date of sale.
Based on this certificate, you also benefit from a 30 calendar day warranty period from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects or flaws discovered later and demonstrable by expertise, or the possibility to exchange the product once within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, only by presenting the invoice and only if the product has not been worn and shows no signs of wear due to improper handling. Consumer rights comply with Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021.
Any repair to products under warranty will be carried out free of charge or replaced under the terms of Government Ordinance no. 21/1992 revised, if it is confirmed that a material or workmanship defect caused such damage, rather than improper use of the jewelry by the buyer.
Remediation will be done within 15 days from the date the deficiency was identified.
In case of replacement, we do not guarantee that the same model will be delivered. If the same model is not available, a similar model of equivalent value will be delivered.
If, following expertise, it is found that the customer's product requesting warranty repair is not due to any manufacturing defect and the customer does not wish to repair the product for a fee, the round-trip shipping cost will be borne by them and will be paid cash on delivery upon receipt of the package.
During the warranty period, as well as outside it, Arah.ro does not assume responsibility for problems that may arise due to mechanical factors, contact with hard surfaces, non-compliance with usage instructions, or for repairs performed elsewhere than where the item was purchased.
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by mechanical factors, negligence, or improper use. Likewise, mechanical and thermal actions, non-compliance with handling instructions, and improper storage exclude jewelry from the warranty.
According to the law, buyers cannot request the replacement of jewelry due to scratches, chips, or falling stones; these are not covered by the warranty, as stones are considered consumables and have no warranty.

The gold from which our jewelry is made can be yellow, white, or rose. Gold is obtained by alloying the precious metal with a mix of metals that give it its specific shade. To intensify the luster of white gold jewelry, it is covered with a layer of rhodium.
The rhodium layer can wear off in 6-12 months, and the jewelry may lose its shine. Cleaning the layer is not covered by the Warranty Certificate granted in accordance with current legislation OUG no. 140/28.12.2021.

Silver is a noble metal that can oxidize over time in contact with air, moisture, or skin. This process is natural and reversible.
Oxidation is a natural process of silver and can be removed by gentle cleaning.
Gold-plated jewelry has a thin layer of gold applied over silver, which gives it color and shine. This layer is delicate and requires extra care.
The gold layer can wear off over time, depending on the frequency of wear and how it is used. The gold layer can wear off in 6-12 months, and the jewelry may lose its shine. Cleaning the layer is not covered by the Warranty Certificate granted in accordance with current legislation OUG no. 140/28.12.2021.

Recommendations for jewelry care include wearing jewelry carefully, storing it in dedicated boxes, avoiding contact with harsh or chemical substances, and removing it during activities that could damage the setting or deteriorate its appearance (sports activities, household chores, showering, etc.). Jewelry with stones should be removed during sleep to prevent snagging or deformation. Their setting is not resistant to mechanical shocks, and contact with chemical substances and exposure to cleaning agents should be avoided to maintain their shine.
Precious metal can lose its shine over time if it frequently comes into contact with agents such as perfume, salt water, skin creams, hairspray, chlorine, or sulfur. Cleaning agents can alter the color and shine of jewelry.
After each wear, it is advisable to wipe the jewelry with a soft cloth.
The level of tarnishing depends on the wearer's skin and their skincare routine.

Jewelry are objects that transform over time.
Subtle surface changes are part of the material's character and the wearing process.
Properly cared for, pieces retain their shape, structure, and presence long-term.
Thank you.
