Sfaturi utile:

Este recomandat să efectuați măsurătoarea la finalul unei zile, când degetele sunt în mod obișnuit ușor umflate, datorită efortului depus în timpul zilei. Astfel, măsurând dimineața, există riscul ca odată ce ați comandat inelul, acesta să vă strângă pe degetul preferat ulterior sau chiar să nu vi se potrivească deloc atunci când degetele vor fi din nou umflate.
Dacă măsura obținută se află între două măsuri standard din tabel, alegeți măsura cea mai mare. Este mai sigur! O măsură mai mare poate fi eventual micșorată, în timp ce una mai mică nu poate fi mărită.
Variațiile de temperatură pot modifica măsura. Frigul poate subția degetele, în timp ce căldura poate determina umflarea acestora.

Metoda simpla: luati un inel pe care il purtati si pur si simplu masurati-i diametrul doar la deschiderea interioara, nu luati in calcul si grosimea inelului.
